Registration data notice

Purpose and scope

Brillnet processes your name, business email, organisation, selected plan and accepted-document versions to create a trial subscription and account. A one-way technical fingerprint protects registration; the raw IP address is not stored in the registration record.

Stripe and card data

Payment registration takes place on Stripe-hosted Checkout. WM Administrator never receives the card number. Stripe stores the payment method for future subscription charges; the registration charge is PLN 0 and the first charge can only occur after the 14-day trial.

Marketing and rights

Marketing consent is separate, optional and off by default. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or consent withdrawal, contact kontakt@wm-admin.com. The binding Polish service and privacy documents are available in the legal package.
