I am not technical. Will I manage?
Yes. The product guides each step and previews imports and charge runs before saving. The trial lets you verify this with your own data.
How long does an Excel migration take?
CSV/XLSX imports expose errors and duplicates first. A typical community takes days, not weeks.
Does it provide full accounting, KSeF or JPK?
No. The starting version covers operational settlements, not statutory accounting. Deferred features are explicitly disabled.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
A full export contains every document version, a manifest and checksums. Community data remains community data.
Where is data stored and who can see it?
In an isolated EU environment. Only authorized people have access, and every action is auditable.
Why require a card for a free trial?
It confirms serious registration and enables a smooth plan transition. Stripe saves the payment method while the registration charge is PLN 0.
